I work at the convergence of device physics, micro- and nanofabrication, and smart sensing systems, with a focus on GaN-based high-electron-mobility transistors enhanced by 2D materials. My doctoral research advances IoT-integrated multifunctional sensors capable of detecting gases, light, and radiation, with applications spanning space technology, environmental monitoring, and biomedical electronics.
